- 16K Memory (for VZ300) - DSE X-7306 $84.50 - similar to the VZ200 16K memory module but with different address mapping
- Datasette (not VZ branded) - DSE X-7206 $39.95 - this was released some time after the original datasette (it was the one I (Andrew Laird) purchased with my original VZ200 purchase) and was promoted for use with the VZ200
- David Newcombe's 18K RAM Pack - for VZ300 $70.00 (approx)
- David Newcombe's 64K ROM Pack - $55.00 (approx) Memory mapped to cartridge area. Included a menu on EPROM. Commonly used programs could be burnt to EPROM and loaded instantly.
- David Newcombe's Buffer Board - $60.75 (approx) Allows additional devices to be plugged into the VZ computer. Buffered address, data and some signal lines. Protected Z80 from experimentation damage.
